Q: What are your qualifications and certifications?

A: I am a certified personal trainer through CanFitPro, ISSA, CCPPT and Precision Nutrition. I also hold specializations in strength and conditioning, sports performance, corrective exercise, tactical conditioning and more. Q: What is your training philosophy?

A: I believe everyone is an athlete and the ultimate game you will play is your everyday life. My training philosophy is centered on enhancing your overall Performance, Strength, Resilience and Mindset. My approach is based on building sustainable, long-term habits; empowering you through education and making fitness a positive and enjoyable experience. I focus on evidence-based methods and believe that consistency and a positive mindset are the keys to lasting success.

Q: How does online training work?
​
A: Online training offers a personalized fitness and nutrition experience delivered digitally. You'll receive a custom program and nutritional guidance through my dedicated app. We'll communicate via regular check-ins, in-app messaging and optional monthly video calls, allowing you to train on your own schedule while still having constant support and accountability.

Q: Is online training as effective as in-person training?
​
A: Yes, online training can be just as effective, if not more so, because it puts you in the driver's seat. Your success depends on your consistency and dedication. My role is to provide you with the structure, knowledge, and accountability needed to achieve your goals, and I am available to answer questions and provide support at any time.

Q: Who is online training for?
​
A: Online training is ideal for individuals who are motivated to work out on their own but need a structured plan and ongoing support. It's great for people with busy or unpredictable schedules, those who travel frequently, and anyone who wants a more cost-effective alternative to in-person training.

Q: What results can I expect?
​
A: Results vary based on your goals, commitment, and starting point. Generally, my clients see improvements in strength, energy, and body composition within a few weeks, with more significant changes over several months. We will track multiple metrics to ensure you're making consistent progress.

A: My pricing is based on a package rate. It varies between the level of service you require and any add on services. For more details please visit My Services.

The training process
Q: What happens during the initial consultation?
​
A: The process begins with several detailed intake questionnaires including lifestyle, goal setting, medical history, and nutrition. A video or phone call might be arranged to discuss further. We'll discuss your fitness history, health status, goals, and lifestyle. This information allows me to create a fully customized plan that is effective and sustainable for you.

Q: Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
​
A: No, a gym membership is not required, but is highly recommended. That said, your program will be customized to fit your specific needs and what's available to you. This could be a full gym, a set of resistance bands, a home gym setup, or just your body weight.

Q: How is my workout program designed?
​
A: Your custom program is based on the information we gather during your initial assessments. It is not a generic, "cookie-cutter" plan, but will include all 8 basic human movement patterns, appropriate cardio, and nutritional guidance. Your program will be adjusted over time based on your consistency, progress, feedback, and any changes in your schedule or fitness level.

Q: How do you handle exercise form correction?
​
A: Your program automatically includes detailed instructional videos for each exercise. If you want specific feedback, you can submit a video of yourself performing the movement through the app. I will review it and provide corrections and coaching cues to ensure proper and safe form. Should the exercise be unsuitable for you at any given time, I will replace it with a more appropriate one.

Q: What if I get sick or injured?
​
A: If you get sick or injured, it's important to let me know right away. We can adjust your programming to include lighter movements, rest, and mobility work to support your recovery without derailing your progress. I may also recommend you seek professional medical attention in certain situations.

Q: Can you help me with a nutrition plan?
​
A: As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I will be helping you with the nutrition side of your program. This might include a food journal, macro tracking, and general nutritional guidance or advice to support your fitness goals. You have an option to upgrade to full Nutrition Coaching, where I can provide sample meal plans tailored to you, recipes, shopping lists and more. Note that any meal plan supplied is a suggestion only. Should you be seeking a diet to treat a specific illness or diet requirement, I will recommend that you consult. a registered dietitian for more specific dietary guidance.

Q: What should I do on my "off" days?
​
A: For you your non-workout session days, I may include active recovery (such as a walk), extra cardio, stretching or foam rolling and other SMR techniques. However I will also recommend complete off days to promote full recovery. This ensures you stay on track toward your goals, avoid overtraining and keeps your motivation high.

Q: How will you track my progress?
​
A: All progress will be tracked through my training app. such as body composition measurements, girth measurements and progress photos. This will be discussed in more detail during your onboarding process.

Q: How often should I train each week?
​
A: The ideal frequency depends on your commitment level, consistency, goals, current schedule, and fitness level. I will make my recommendations based on your onboarding process. This can be progressed or regressed based on results.

Communication and support

Q: What is the primary method of communication?
​
A: All communication takes place through my online training app. This centralizes our conversations, allows me to respond promptly, and keeps everything organized in one place. Please take note that due to time zone differences, working hours, and other commitments, my replies will be within up to 24 hours. I will notify you of any holidays or vacations on my side. As your coach, I am fully committed to providing the best service possible.

Q: How often will we communicate?
​
A: The frequency of communication depends on the package you choose. All clients have access to in-app messaging, although response times may vary as detailed above. All packages include a weekly check-in form to review your progress and some packages include weekly check-ins via video call,

Q: How do you keep me accountable and motivated?
​
A: I keep you accountable with regular check-ins, progress tracking, daily tasks, sustainable habits and supportive guidance. This will all be provided through the app. Motivation can be a challenge, so we'll work together to celebrate your victories and navigate hurdles. The goal is to build sustainable habits, not just temporary fixes.

Q: What happens when I reach my goal?
​
A: Although the next step is totally up to you, I can continue to work with you to maintain your progress and set new goals. This could involve transitioning to a different package or focusing on a new challenge. There is always another mountain to climb!

Booking, payment, and policies

Q: How do I get started?
​
A: The first step is to schedule a consultation call with me by clicking here. This allows us to see if we're a good fit and determine which program best aligns with your goals. Please note that I charge a $10.00 feee for the call at the time of booking. This ensures we do not waste our valuable time and keeps us committed and accountable. Should you decide to sign up with me the payment will be credited back to your account.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
​
A: I accept payments through my app via credit card. All payments are processed securely through our online platform. To make other arrangements, please drop me an email and we can discuss.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
​
A: Due to the highly personalized nature of my services, I generally do not offer refunds once the program has begun. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact me, and we can discuss the situation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
​
A: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts other than the package you choose, but please note that you will not be refunded for the current billing cycle.
